We repair any transportable device in 3 steps :

  • contact us by mail or by phone ;
  • follow our return procedure using the number we assign to you ;
  • upon receipt, we will prepare your equipment under warranty or establish a repair quotation out of warranty (free Dulis expertise).

on-site intervention

Do you have an equipment failure? We take charge of your problem, analyse it and call in qualified technicians via our extensive network of service providers.
