- contact us by mail or by phone ;
- follow our return procedure using the number we assign to you ;
- upon receipt, we will prepare your equipment under warranty or establish a repair quotation out of warranty (free Dulis expertise).
on-site intervention
Do you have an equipment failure? We take charge of your problem, analyse it and call in qualified technicians via our extensive network of service providers.
